Electrical Rewiring in Apartments, Family Houses and HOA Common Areas – Ústí nad Labem, Central Bohemia & Prague [TEST]

We modernize outdated electrical installations in apartments, family houses and residential common areas, transitioning to the TN-C-S earthing system with full protection against electric shock under ČSN standards. Work can be scheduled in phases; upon completion we deliver as-built documentation and a handover protocol, while initial inspection is provided by an independent certified inspector.

What Is Included

  • Removal of legacy two-wire (TN-C) aluminum circuits and replacement with copper conductors in a TN-C-S system.
  • Replacement of apartment and house switchboards equipped with residual current devices (RCD), overcurrent protection and surge protection (SPD).
  • Implementation of protection against electric shock and supplementary protective bonding in bathrooms and utility areas.
  • Addition of dedicated protected circuits for high-load appliances (induction cooktop, water heater, heat pump).
  • Renovation of main service lines, lighting and common-area switchboards for residential building associations (including heat pump readiness).
  • Option for phased execution (e.g., switchboard and utility core first, living rooms second) with as-built documentation and handover protocol.

Who This Service Is For

For owners of apartments and older family houses undergoing renovation, as well as residential building associations (SVJ) and property managers for common-area wiring and heat pump readiness.

How It Works

  1. 01Initial assessment and phase planning: inspection of existing switchboard, wall structure, connection capacity and schedule definition.
  2. 02Rewiring and switchboard upgrade: chasing, laying new cables, installing the new RCD/SPD switchboard and fitting accessories.
  3. 03Verification and handover: circuit testing, delivery of as-built documentation and handover protocol.

What Affects the Price

Pricing is influenced by building structure (precast concrete panel vs. brick), number of new circuits, phased execution requirements in occupied properties and condition of the main service line.
