2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

Personal data submitted via the inquiry form (full name, company, e-mail, phone number, project location, property type and message content) are processed solely for the purpose of preparing a quotation, providing technical consultation and taking steps prior to entering into a contract for work pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

3. Data Retention Period

If an inquiry does not result in a contract, personal data are retained for a maximum of 12 months from the last communication. Where a contract is concluded, data are retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the statutory periods required by Czech tax and accounting legislation.

4. Data Subject Rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and to object to processing.
