We execute low-voltage electrical installations up to 1 kV in TN-C-S earthing systems for new family houses and residential buildings in accordance with design documentation and ČSN standards. Every project concludes with as-built documentation and a handover protocol; initial inspection is provided by an independent certified inspector.

Scope of Work

What Is Included

Rough-in installation of low-voltage power and structured data cabling (network, intercom, television) per bill of quantities.
Installation of main service lines, protective equipotential bonding and TN-C-S earthing system interfaces.
Assembly, mounting and wiring of distribution boards with overcurrent protection, residual current devices (RCD) and surge protection (SPD).
Sizing and dedicated feeder preparation for an air-to-water heat pump, photovoltaic system and EV charging station.
Final installation of wiring accessories (sockets, switches, luminaires) rated to the required IP ingress protection for external influences.
Preparation of as-built documentation and handover protocol for building approval (initial inspection is provided by an independent certified inspector).
